• On hourly rate work, a one-hour minimum charge is applied, followed by 15-minute increments.

• Payment must be made in full by credit/debit card or cash upon receipt of the invoice. If paid in cash VAT is not applied, cash must be given to the tradesperson carrying out the work.

• Quotes are usually free, however, depending on the type of the work, the time, and the location, some may be charged. 

• Fixed prices (*) are subject to VAT and are available verbally or in writing prior to the start of work.

• Materials are subject to VAT and are charged at trade rates plus a 15% markup.

• Invoices are digital (paper versions are available upon request) and include a detailed description of the job, including times and a labour and material breakdown.

• We do not surcharge for credit card payments
